On Thursday, Laura Murphy and IDA officials signed the final project agreement, allowing Murphy Brothers to begin purchasing materials free of sales-tax in preparation for the $3.5 million renovation of their 40,000 square-foot self-storage facility on Waverly Avenue.

The Murphy Brothers project was one of 16 projects supported by the IDA in 2014, which are projected to create or retain more than 3,800 permanent and construction jobs.
