Westchester County’s Bee-Line ParaTransit System has transitioned to a Rider Smart Phone Application to book appointments for travel throughout the County. In an effort to help ParaTransit riders learn how to better use the mobile app, a video has been created with step-by-step instructions on how to book a round-trip ride, and cancel a trip on ParaTransit. The new application also allows riders to book trips using a desktop portal, as well as by phone as they have in the past.

The transition comes with many technology enhancements including the ability to book a ParaTransit trip in advance, receive real-time text message or call updates about your ride, or plan a trip for the future. If riders still prefer to book by phone, they can call the ParaTransit Office at (914) 995-7272, Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
