In honor of International Women's Day, Westchester County Executive George Latimer is thrilled to announce an upcoming Women's Herstory Month Celebration, “I'm Every Woman's Mind, Body, & Spirit.” The event is co-sponsored by Westchester Center for Racial Equity, CEO of YWCA-White Plains, Central Westchester Tiffany S.W. Hamilton and is in collaboration with Westchester County Director of Faith-based Initiatives & Urban Affairs Crystal Collins.

The event aims to create a nurturing space dedicated to honoring and celebrating the remarkable contributions of women across various faith sectors and beyond. All are welcome to attend this free event on Friday, March 8 from 7:30a.m. to 10a.m. at The Little Theater at Westchester County Center, located at 198 Central Ave., White Plains, NY 10606.

The event’s Keynote Speaker is Tamron Hall, an Emmy Award-winning television host and executive producer, a bestselling author, a mother and an outspoken advocate for shedding light on domestic abuse. Hall’s resume includes hosting “Deadline: Crime with Tamron Hall” on Investigation Discovery, “TODAY” and “MSNBC Live with Tamron Hall. Additionally, The All-Female Band SAGE will perform at the event.
