Latimer said the success of 2023 would not have been possible without the exceptional dedication of County employees: “Our County workforce provide an exceptional level of services that Westchester residents rely on.  None of this would be possible without them and the County residents who put their faith in us.  I am confident that together, we will continue to make great strides in 2024. I wish you all a peaceful and prosperous New Year.”
