January 4, 2019 -- Westchester County Tourism & Film, the official destination marketing organization for Westchester County, has named “Mower” its agency for travel and tourism integrated marketing and public relations. The New York-based agency, with offices in New York City, Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse and Albany, as well as Boston, Atlanta, Charlotte and Cincinnati, is one of the largest independent marketing, advertising and public relations agencies in the U.S.
