County Executive George Latimer Statement On CSEA Contract Vote

October 5, 2018 – "After seven years of stalemate, we have a contract that the majority of CSEA workers have ratified. I want to thank CSEA's leadership for negotiating in good faith; and I am proud of our County and our workers.  Now, it is the prerogative of the Board of Legislators to assess the merits of this contract, and hopefully, give their assent. This is one more example of our new Administration resolving the open issues we inherited on January 1st. I look forward to continuing to work together with all of the men and women who work in the County government to move Westchester County forward."
