Federal Housing Monitor’s Report Cards and Municipalities' Responses

On March 21, 2013, Federal Monitor James Johnson sent report cards to the 31 eligible communities in connection with the 2009 Affordable Housing lawsuit settled between Andrew J. Spano and the US Department of Housing and Urban Development. Below are the Monitor's report cards and the subsequent responses to date. (Municipalities were not required to respond.)
