Westchester County TourismSept. 30, 2016 - Westchester County Executive Robert P. Astorino recently announced the publication of the Westchester Destination guide, the official Travel & Meeting guide to Westchester County. The 65-page magazine is a valuable guide for visitors and residents alike.

“The tourism industry in Westchester County is a $1.8 Billion dollar economic driver that supports more than 24,000 jobs, and generated $216.7 million in tax revenue in 2015 alone,” said Astorino. “Publications like the Destination Guide help us spread the word about all the great hotels, restaurants and activities that Westchester County has to offer. Whether for business or pleasure, Westchester is the premier location to meet in the Hudson Valley.”

The newly redesigned guide contains full listings and information on hotels and conference centers, arts and cultural attractions, restaurants and nightlife, entertainment and shopping, as well as a wide variety of recreational opportunities. In addition to a listing of the county’s best sites and venues, the guide includes extensive information on events and activities happening throughout the area. A fold-out map of Westchester, with highlighted points of interest, is also included to assist visitor’s navigate the county and plan itineraries.
