- UMR: Employees, retirees and survivors enrolled in the Westchester County Health Plan / UMR can view benefit enrollment and health care information online. You may also access flexible spending plan information if you participate. Plan booklets and claim forms are available to view, download and print.
- CVS CAREMARK: Westchester County Health Plan UMR enrollees may register and manage their drug prescriptions online - check drug co-payment responsibilities, obtain mail order information, or view prescription drug history.
